My fishing on the Henrys fork increased over the years thanks to my wife. We ran into a crossroads where she told me I was fly fishing too much. She gave me two options either give up the sport or teach her to Fly-fish, so like any bright man I taught her to fly-fish.  What started as a yearly pilgrimage to the Henry’s Fork has evolve into a couple of empty nesters who can’t spend enough time in the Caldera. We now own a cabin in Island Park and can be found spending most of our free time there.

Initial Attraction:

My life in Island Park and the Henrys Fork started in the 70s fishing with my father on Henrys Lake. Back then I knew very little about the watershed and the river that flows through it, we just liked to fish.
