The Henry’s Fork Foundation (HFF)--South Fork Initiative (SFI) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms for the assessment and design of culvert and stream channel modifications for fish passage improvements on Rainey Creek in the South Fork Snake River Watershed. HFF-SFI is seeking professional consulting firms who can: 1) complete an assessment of the exiting fish passage barrier and stream channel associated with the project area, 2) complete a HEC-RAS flood modeling survey to determine potential flood risk to the neighboring development, and 3) complete a design that allows fishing passage through the project area and provides natural stream function while eliminating flood risk to neighboring properties and providing water to all legal water rights holders.
