Jonathan Hodge

Jonathan Hodge is CEO of Advantage Performance Group and an executive coach who helps leaders and organizations do the best work of their lives. He has spent more than 22 years in leadership, including 11 as a CEO, working with leaders navigating change, complexity, and growth.

Jon and his family have had a home on Henry’s Lake for 36 years, and the Henry’s Fork region has become one of the places that most deeply represents home for him – because that’s where families gather. Some of his favorite memories are fishing the cliffs below Wood Road with his father, son, and friends, or being on the river as a summer thunderstorm rolls through and the fishing comes alive just before the heavens open.

He joined the Henry’s Fork Foundation board out of a desire to serve, but over time the work has become just as much about community, both on and off the caldera. Jon is especially motivated by helping ensure future generations can build their own memories fishing, hiking, hunting, and exploring this place, rather than inheriting a diminished version of it.

He currently serves as Vice Chair of the HFF Board in his second term, after previously serving as Secretary, Governance Chair, and board member at large. He also values the opportunity to build new relationships with others who share a passion for the river and this place.
